Community guidelines
NExdsign.com works because clients and designers can trust each other. These rules apply to everyone.
1. Keep everything on NExdsign.com
- All messages, files and payments stay on the platform.
- Don't share or ask for phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp, social media or payment details (PayPal, bank accounts and so on) to move work elsewhere.
- Never offer, ask for or accept payment outside the platform, including for “next time”.
- Contact details that are part of a design the client ordered (for example a business card or flyer) belong in the design file, not in the chat.
- Why: payment protection, refunds, revisions and reviews only work for jobs done on NExdsign.com.
2. One person, one account
- Designers verify their identity with their National Identity Card (NIC). One NIC can only ever have one account.
- Don't share, sell or lend your account, and don't create extra accounts.
- No fake reviews, and no hiring yourself.
- Designers must post real works of their own to prove each speciality they choose. Posting someone else's work is grounds for a ban.
- Designers can't message or contact other designers on the platform.
- Client names and business details are kept private. Designers work with clients through the job room.
3. Honest, original work
- Designers: deliver original work, use only fonts, photos and assets you have the right to use, meet your deadlines, and tell the client early if something changes.
- Clients: give clear briefs, give feedback within the revisions included, and review fairly.
4. Respect
- No harassment, hate, threats, spam or scams.
5. What happens if the rules are broken
- Warning (strike). Given automatically when contact details are sent in chat after the warning, or when our team confirms a report.
- Pause. After 3 strikes the account is paused: no new jobs, messages or posts until our team reviews it.
- Permanent ban. For serious or repeated violations, such as taking payment outside the platform, fraud or fake accounts. A ban is linked to the person's NIC and email, so they can't come back with a new account.
6. Report a problem
Use the Report button at the top of any chat, for example if someone asks you to pay or be paid outside the platform. Reports are confidential: the other person isn't told who reported them.
